• Leverage & Liquidity: - Decreasing Debt to Assets Ratio (+1) - Improving Current Ratio (Current Assets/Current Liabilities) (+1) - No New Share Issuance (+1)
• Operating Efficiency: - Improving Gross Margin (Gross Profit/Sales) (+1) - Improving Asset Turnover (Net Sales/Avg Total Assets) (+1)

Higher scores (especially 8-9) indicate stronger financial health.
